TT Zipper- Manure Injectors for Draglines

Our manure injector and Stinger system allows the operator to inject up to 15,000 gallons per acre with complete injection. Our unique setting of the Coulters along with a specialized blade allow the soil to be opened similar to a zipper on pants, whereby, the soil opens in a “V” configuration as the blade initially makes contact, the manure is then injected 1” behind the leading blades and the soil then completely closes over once the blade has passed, like a closing zipper. The combination of Boron material on the cutting blades and zinc alloy bearings on the spindles as well as a three pronged sealing system on the hubs insures longevity even in the worst conditions. Call or e-mail for additional specifications and pricing.
